A neighboring resident expressed serious concerns about dirt filling raising the land level and causing flooding on neighboring properties, as well as two-story homes blocking their views.

A property owner with Capa Homes clarified that their lot was finished two years ago and that massive dirt hauling next door is being done by a completely different company.
